Job summary

Resonetics, the world leader in micro manufacturing for the life sciences industry, seeks a Production Technician for the Hudson, WI site on Weekend Days (Fri 10am-10pm, Sat-Sun 8am-8pm). You will assist the Production group with setup and operation of laser equipment in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, process documentation, quality reporting, and potential assignment as Laser Operator during workload peaks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years' experience with optic/laser equipment.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Mechanical and analytical aptitude.
• Read blueprints and perform math.
• Experience programming G-code or similar.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate optical/laser equipment to specification.
• Prepare and run production jobs on laser systems.
• Document process conditions and results.
• Train others on processing conditions.
• Support startup activities and maintenance tasks.
• Inspect parts and report quality issues.
• Analyze data and generate process reports.
• Work with minimal supervision and manage priorities.
