The position emphasizes adherence to SOPs, quality controls, and Lean/EHS practices, with training provided. Eligible candidates should be prepared for a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment on site.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math and measurement skills.
• Experience reading blueprints and diagrams.
• Ability to follow SOPs and quality instructions.
• Detail-oriented with strong hand dexterity.
• Willingness to learn Lean and safety practices.
• Training provided for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain setup sheets and tooling/fixture sheets for Laser programs on the production floor.
• Maintain basic laser and CAD/CAM (CNC) programming methods.
• Assist in generating simple laser programs.
• Analyze problems and apply solutions to manufacturing issues.
• Implement improvements in laser/CNC processes to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Follow safety rules and assist in daily engineering support tasks.
