Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• AS9100 knowledge and commitment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic math and trigonometry skills.
• Detail oriented with time-management.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a brake press to produce parts.
• Maintain quality and safety standards; keep records; maintain equipment and supplies.
• Read blueprints and understand flat pattern layout and tolerances.
• Interpret work orders for quantity, parts per hour and special instructions.
• Meet or exceed production run rates and perform quality inspections.
• Set up and run a job without assistance and perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S.
