Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience working with laser or energy-based technologies.
• Hands-on experience with laser design and optical alignment techniques.
• Experience in medical device development is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test complex optical, laser, and mechanical subassemblies.
• Assemble and test research prototypes, including optical alignment.
• Prepare documentation for internal R&D use and support transition to product development.
