You will collaborate with local and cross-functional teams to drive prototypes and programs from concept to production, while expanding capabilities in the Laser group.

The role emphasizes leading complex projects, working with customers to provide technical updates, and writing programs to measure Lightspeed products using site metrology equipment.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of engineering experience.
• Present complex engineering ideas to internal and external customers.
• Experience with high-precision laser systems.
• Understanding of engineering drawings per GD&T.
• Knowledge of materials like Nitinol, stainless steels, titanium.

Responsibilities

• Define and complete Lightspeed projects across sites with urgency and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams to production readiness.
• Develop and optimize processes; calibrate parameters for quality.
• Lead customer calls and provide program updates with recovery plans.
• Write advanced programs to measure Lightspeed products and execute testing validations.
