Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Able to read, understand, and interpret industrial knife | saw blueprints
2. Complete quality checks
3. Complete Statistical Process Control Charts (SPCs) for all assignments
4. Forklift Certified (or able to become certified)
5. Load and unload steel
6. General cleaning of machines and area
7. Must cross-train to other positions as requested
8. May be required to provide support and training to others
9. Work with a high sense of urgency
10. Wear all required PPE
11. Active participation in Lean and Safety training
12. Demonstrate ability to meet tact times
13. Other duties as assigned

Technology Requirements:

Must accurately input data into ERP System
Microsoft: Teams and email
Must be at least 18 years or older
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Able to work with people to troubleshoot problems
Able to accomplish daily work requirements to meet customer demands
Analytical skills to collect and apply data for efficient operations
Must be able to speak and read English
Must be able to lift 50 pounds alone or up to 100 pounds with lift assistance
Must be able to walk and stand for 8-12 hours a day
