Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Laser Operator to set up, program, and operate CNC routers for aluminum rail machining. The role requires reading blueprints and CAD/CAM files, selecting tooling, and maintaining quality through precise feeds and speeds.

You will load stock, monitor operations, perform inspections with calipers and gauges, and handle deburring and surface finishing. This is a 1st shift position in Tulsa, OK with safety as a priority.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of CNC machining or CNC router experience (aluminum machining preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and work instructions.
• Knowledge of machining parameters for aluminum, including tooling and feed rates.
• Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

This position will be rresponsible for machining aluminum rails to specification using CNC router equipment. This position requires accurate setup, safe operation, and quality control to meet production standards. This position will be 1st Shift - Mon - Thur; 4:00aam - 2:30pm.
