Shift and Compensation

• 1st Shift
• Monday-Friday (some OT on Saturday)
• 5:00am-3:00pm
• Pay: $16.00/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a CNC Operator with at least 6 months of experience operating vertical machining centers. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical machining centers to produce parts efficiently and accurately.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
• Load materials into the machine and secure them properly.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to meet product specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
• Complete production logs and documentation accurately.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of machine operating experience
