Position Overview

We are seeking an Entry Level CNC Machine Operator. This is a great opportunity for a candidate seeking a start with a well‑known and established manufacturing company. The company offers a progression program designed to allow those willing to learn the ins and outs of the manufacturing process and grow within the company.

Minimum of 1 year of direct CNC operator experience required. Pay is $19–$21.50 per hour based on experience, with the potential for higher earnings. Advanced training will be provided. Positions are immediate hire; please apply and provide a resume if interested.

Benefits

• Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift available
• Pay: $19–$20 base rate, plus $1.50 shift differential
• Health insurance, vision, and dental available after 90 days of employment
• PTO available after 90 days
• Eligible for quarterly bonuses after probationary period

• Schedule: Monday‑Thursday working 10 hours per day with some overtime; 3rd shift is a weekend shift
