Job summary

Allegiant Manufacturing in Kansas City, KS is seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our metalworking team. You will set up laser cutting equipment, read blueprints, perform quality inspections, and adjust machines to keep production on target, using Mastercam as needed.

We offer a four-day workweek, 10-hour shifts, and benefits such as medical, dental and vision after 60 days, holiday pay from day one, and 401(k) eligibility from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating laser cutting machines.
• Familiar with Mastercam programming.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Reliable and safety-conscious team player.
• HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
