Job summary

Cyber Graphics, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented operator to run and maintain Laser Engraving and related equipment for sleeves and printing plates. You will ensure quality control and proper setup, and you will document production and inspection results.

The role requires preparing items for shipping, maintaining production records, assisting service technicians, ensuring safety, and keeping the work area organized.

• Clean and prepare sleeves and plates for shipping and delivery.
• Maintain production and all regulatory records as required.
• Deliver/pick up sleeve and plates to carriers, customers and vendors.
• Maintain all operator assigned equipment maintenance and assist service technicians when they are involved.
• Keep work area organized and uncluttered; adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain the support equipment (chillers, air handling, washing, etc.), and ensure proper operation.
• Perform other duties as necessary to maintain a clean safe work environment.

Summary:

An individual in this position will operate and maintain Laser Engraving and Flexo plating Equipment for the production of engraved sleeves and printing plates. This person is responsible for all quality control functions associated with engraved material, machine setup and operation, and proper use of QC devices and inspection applications.
