Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking a Laser Engraving & Test Operator to support manufacturing operations. You will operate laser engraving equipment, perform testing and inspections, and document results to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow work orders and drawings. We value lean manufacturing experience and the ability to adapt to changing production priorities.

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing, laser engraving, inspection or testing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, drawings and instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Operate laser engraving equipment and run established programs.
• Perform product testing, inspection, and quality checks.
• Review and follow work orders, production routers, BOMs, drawings, and applicable work instructions.
• Set up equipment, change fixtures, and verify product accuracy.
• Complete production, inspection, and testing documentation.
• Package and label finished products according to requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting product and process issues.
• Support Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 6S initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
