Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or completion of primary school in Costa Rica.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple to medium complexity tasks related to customer-specific process requirements, with the ability to comprehend documentation requirements.
• Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation.
• Inspect components to ensure specifications are met.
• Enter data as required.
• Train other employees on production processes or equipment usage as requested by the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow instructions from the Supervisor and/or Production Manager and conduct all work according to company policy and safe labor practices.
• Use laser radiation (non-ionizing) sources safely, considering the various wavelengths of laser light utilized, in accordance with personal protection policies.
• Maintain a professional and appropriate manner and uphold a high standard of conduct and job performance.
