Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate Laser cutting machine
• Edit programs per job order
• Read and interpret prints and work instructions
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality, accuracy, and production efficiency
• Measure and verify dimensions using various tools as required
• Check all parts to ensure they are within tolerance of company standards
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn out components.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
• Follow quality procedures and processes
• Perform other machining jobs if necessary
