Gunnebo Group seeks a General Laborer for weekend shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will support laser operations by preparing materials and ensuring proper setup, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous improvement through 5S and Kaizen activities. Ideal candidates have factory experience, basic tooling knowledge, and a proactive attitude toward production goals and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse procedures is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools and power tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to work weekends consistently on the designated shift schedule.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure output and product meet quality standards and report any issues to the Supervisor and Quality Manager.
• Support laser cutting operations by preparing raw materials and ensuring proper setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Participate and support 5S activities and Kaizen events.
• Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of PPE.
