Job summary

Hamilton by Gunnebo is seeking a Laser General Laborer for the weekend shift to support laser operations in our USA manufacturing facility. You will help ensure product quality, prepare materials, and maintain a clean, safe work area while adhering to production schedules.

The ideal candidate has factory experience, can work weekends, and shows attention to detail with a proactive, safety-conscious mindset. We offer a collaborative team environment and opportunities for growth within Gunnebo.

Qualifications

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred
• Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse procedures is a plus
• Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools and power tools is highly desirable
• Ability to work weekends consistently on the designated shift schedule
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Ensure output and product meet quality standards and report any issues to the Supervisor and Quality Manager
• Support laser cutting operations by preparing raw materials and ensuring proper setup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Participate and support 5S activities and Kaizen events.
• Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented General Laborer to join ourweekend shiftteam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting laser operations.
