Premier PV is seeking a Production Machine Operator for its laser cutting operations. This entry-level role involves setting up programs, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.

You will follow safety protocols, report defects, and support the production team to maintain workflow on the shop floor. HS diploma or GED preferred; 1–2 years manufacturing or laser operator experience is a plus. Compensation $20/hr with strong benefits.

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform typical laser cutting operations.
• Select proper cutting programs and fixtures.
• Establish stop location and adjust laser focus.
• Set up cutting operations for production needs.
• Perform prescribed maintenance as required.
• Carry out dimensional inspections.
• Report defects or questionable materials to supervisor.
• Assist with other tasks to meet production goals.
