Premier PV is seeking a Production Machine Operator for its laser cutting operations. This entry-level role involves setting up programs, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.
You will follow safety protocols, report defects, and support the production team to maintain workflow on the shop floor. HS diploma or GED preferred; 1–2 years manufacturing or laser operator experience is a plus. Compensation $20/hr with strong benefits.
The Production Machine Operator is an entry-level position responsible for operating laser cutting equipment, setting up cutting programs and fixtures, and ensuring parts meet quality and dimensional standards. This role supports the production and manufacturing team by performing routine maintenance, identifying material defects, and maintaining efficient workflow on the shop floor. The operator also assists with additional tasks needed to help meet production goals and uphold safety and quality standards.
