Digital Room LLC in Solon, OH is seeking a Digital Cutter Operator II for full-time, salaried work on three shifts. You will operate laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality labels and related products, following orders and production schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma, attention to detail, and basic mechanical/computer skills. Experience with laser cutting equipment is preferred, with a fast-paced environment and safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Team-oriented with good communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality.
• Basic mechanical and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
• Experience with industrial laser cutting equipment preferred.
• Laser cutting/CNC or manufacturing machine experience preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or print production environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor laser cutting machines to cut, engrave or mark materials.
• Set up machines, load materials, and adjust settings based on job requirements.
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production schedules.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Accurately document production output and report issues to supervision.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
