Key Personnel in Holland, MI is seeking an experienced Flat Laser Operator for the 1st shift to support our steel fabrication and laser cutting operations. You will load sheets, monitor laser performance, and ensure parts meet dimensions and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate the flat laser.
• Load sheets from the scheduler.
• Verify dimensions and operation of the laser cutter.
• Move torch head to proper place for cutting.
• Load and unload metal sheets as needed.
• Grind parts as needed.
• Inspect parts for quality.
• Work independently and in a team on projects.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers.
