Job summary

Impact Fab, a West Michigan fabrication shop located in Holland, Michigan, seeks a 1st Shift Laser Operator to join our team. You will operate laser cutting equipment, load/unload parts, adjust settings for quality, and inspect outputs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires laser operation experience cutting steel, stainless, and aluminum, with multi-tasking ability. Knowledge of Trumpf and PRC Fiber lasers is a plus; we offer a supportive, family-owned setting with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Laser operation experience cutting all types of materials (steel, stainless, aluminum).
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Experience with Trumpf and PRC Fiber lasers is a plus but not required.

• Deburr, organize, and route parts to the next operation.

• Perform routine maintenance and monitor material and consumable inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all departmental procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
