Job summary

Responsibilities include loading materials, setting up tooling, reading blueprints, performing routine maintenance, and documenting production counts. A high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings (or willingness to learn).
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation (preferred).
• Familiarity with metal fabrication tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor laser cutting machines.
• Load materials, adjust speed and focus as needed.
• Assist tooling changes and perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers and blueprints.
• Log production counts and material usage.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep work area clean.
