A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, Roadway Engineer/Project Manager in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of engineering experience, specifically in roadway/transportation design. This role includes managing complex projects, ensuring quality compliance and mentoring staff. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and experience with federally funded projects. A competitive salary and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Licensed PE in Nevada or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with NDOT, County, RTC, or municipal clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver complex roadway and civil infrastructure projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure technical excellence.
• Develop a client base for high-level civil engineering services.
