Job summary

SilverRide in Las Vegas seeks an independent contractor Paratransit Driver to provide door-through-door transportation for riders who may need assistance. You’ll help with bags, offer support for mobility aids, and ensure a safe, respectful ride to appointments and activities.

You will drive clients to medical visits, social engagements, and other destinations while upholding ADA compliance and delivering compassionate, dependable service on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid U.S. driver\'s license (3+ years) and a clean record.
• Background checks including LiveScan fingerprinting, criminal background, and sex offender registry.
• Willing to complete drug testing and credentialing as required by the client.
• Must accommodate riders with service animals under ADA.

Contractor Requirements:

• 21+ years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license (3+ years) and clean record (no DUIs; ≤2 minor violations in 3 years).
• Background checks: Pass federal/state LiveScan fingerprinting, criminal background check (no felonies or violent charges), and sex offender registry screening.
• Compliance: Willing to complete FTA/state drug testing and credentialing as required by our client.
• Service animals: Must accommodate riders with service animals (per ADA law).
