Job summary

SilverRide in Las Vegas seeks an independent contractor Paratransit Driver to provide door-through-door transportation for riders who may need assistance. You’ll help with bags, offer support for mobility aids, and ensure a safe, respectful ride to appointments and activities.

You will drive clients to medical visits, social engagements, and other destinations while upholding ADA compliance and delivering compassionate, dependable service on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid U.S. driver\'s license (3+ years) and a clean record.
• Background checks including LiveScan fingerprinting, criminal background, and sex offender registry.
• Willing to complete drug testing and credentialing as required by the client.
• Must accommodate riders with service animals under ADA.

Responsibilities

• Provide door-to-door, assisted transportation (e.g., help with bags, stability support, folding walkers/wheelchairs).
• Transport clients to medical appointments, social outings, and other destinations.
• Deliver compassionate, patient, and professional service.
