Job summary

SilverRide is seeking independent contractors in California to bid on and accept pre-scheduled rides for older adults and people with disabilities.

Earn $25-$30 per hour with a $200 bonus on your first payment, plus a flexible schedule, door-through-door service, and a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with 3 years driving experience.
• California license (or 3 years out-of-state experience).
• 2015 or newer 4-door sedan required, you supply vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Bid on and accept rides that fit your schedule as an independent contractor.

How It Works:

As an independent contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to bid on and accept rides that fit your schedule.

Schedule:

7 days a week, 6am-10pm

Independent Contractor Requirements:

• Age 21 with 3 years driving experience
• CA license (or 3 years out-of-state experience)
• 2015 or newer 4-door sedan ONLY – you provide your own vehicle
• Clean driving record (max 2 violations in 3 years)
• Fluent English and compassionate attitude

Credentials

Each contract has different credentialing requirements. As an independent contractor, you maintain your own credentials. Requirements may include:

• Drug testing
• DOT Physical (medical certificate)
• Defensive Driving course completion
• Fingerprints
