Hormel Foods Corporation, based in Austin, Minnesota, is seeking a Foodservice Territory Manager AA for Las Vegas, with a home-office setup in the LV area. You will drive sales by calling on distributors, brokers, and end users, and you will develop plans to grow new accounts and maximize promotional dollars in a fast-paced foodservice market.

The role requires 2+ years of foodservice sales experience, strong initiative, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

• 2+ years of foodservice sales experience.
• A pattern of initiative.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• A pattern of strong goal setting and results.
• The ability to establish strategic selling initiatives.
• Highly developed interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Achieves established sales tonnage & product mix goals in the assigned territory by effectively calling on distributors and other accounts.
• Supports the generation of additional sales by effectively calling on and making presentations to distributors, brokers, and end users (restaurants, schools, hospitals) in the territory.
• Utilizes available promotional programs to maximize sales returns as compared to promotional dollars spent.
• Executes all administrative responsibilities assigned to this position in a timely manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
