Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Director of Facilities to oversee maintenance for 200+ restaurant locations and lead a distributed team of 19+ technicians and coaches. The role requires a hands-on leader with deep HVAC/refrigeration knowledge and a track record in multi-site operations.

Relocation to Las Vegas is required, with regular office presence and 25-40% travel. A strategic, people-centric leader will drive cost-effective R&M programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong

Qualifications

• 10+ years in facilities maintenance (multi-unit)
• 5+ years leading multi-site teams and vendors
• Technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment
• HVAC/Refrigeration certification or equivalent training
• Experience with maintenance management systems (ServiceChannel, Corrigo, EkoTrak)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license and able to pass MVR
• Willing to travel 25-40%

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of 19+ facility coaches and technicians
• Oversee maintenance for 200+ restaurant locations, balancing in-house and outsourced models
• Drive cost-effective, efficient R&M operations and strategies
• Analyze data to improve asset performance and reduce downtime
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
• Ensure compliance with mechanical, state, and federal codes
• Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture across all teams
