Job summary

Playa Largo Autograph Collection in Key Largo seeks a courteous restaurant team member to deliver outstanding guest experiences across our bar, restaurant, and light meals service.

You will take orders, prepare and serve beverages and light meals, maintain stock and cleanliness, and ensure safety and quality according to hotel, brand, and franchise standards. Flexibility with weekends/holidays and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field.
• Must meet state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Strong communication with guests, management and co-workers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus.
• Alcohol awareness training (TIPS) a plus.
• Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions for clientele.
