Job summary

Playa Largo Autograph is seeking a friendly Room Service Associate to deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms and assist with Room Service area maintenance. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Must have at least one year of customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of safety standards. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; ServSafe or similar training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position dealing with the public.
• State minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities
