Role Overview

RLC is seeking a results-driven Large Scale Partnerships Manager, to grow our large-scale donor pipeline. This role is not a cold-outreach role: success depends on the candidate's own existing relationships within the CPG industry (frozen foods, baby food, snack, and related categories), converting their personal network of decision-makers into recurring, pallet-level excess food donations. The ideal candidate can bring new large-scale donors, from medium-sized businesses up to Fortune 100 clients, on board within the first 30 days by leveraging trust already built through their professional network.

Compensation

• Flat fee: $5,000/month, paid month-to-month
• Bonus: 2% bonus per pound recovered above the 250,000 lb/month threshold, capped at $5,000 per month
