Job summary

Target Printing Services (TPS) is seeking a Large Press Feeder to work on-site at a Target HQ location. You will assist with Make Ready, Run, and Washup of the press, perform tasks from the operator, and maintain high quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years of printing experience, strong attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and to work 12‑hour shifts standing for long periods. Training may be provided for others as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of set-up and operating printing machine experience.
• Ability to read and understand job tickets and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist operator with Make Ready, Run, and Washup of the press.
• Perform tasks delegated by Large Press Operator.

• Enter production data into Monarch system and keep area clean.

The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45

• Assist the operator with Make Ready, Run, and Washup of the press ensuring standard production rates and high-quality output.
• Perform tasks delegated by Large Press Operator.
• Maintain or exceed all quality standards consistently
• Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Enter all production data into the Monarch data collection system accurately.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting/making simple repairs as necessary.
• Providing training to other team members as requested by supervisor.
• Work together with leaders to provide feedback for upstream production improvements.
• Ability to flex to other areas as business needs arise.

About You
