The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values.**As a Lead Large Press Operator,** working within Target Printing Services, your core roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Make Ready, Run, and Washup of the press ensuring standard production rates and high-quality output* Efficiently delegate tasks to the Large Press Feeder and oversee delivery operations to ensure smooth workflow* Consistently maintain or exceed all established quality standards* Strictly adhere to all operational, safety, and quality procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.* Accurately enter all production data into the Monarch data collection system* Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all time.* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot/make simple repairs as necessary to ensure equipment functionality.* Providing training to other team members as requested by supervisor.* Work with leaders to provide feedback for upstream production improvements.* Ability to flex to any cost center as business needs arise.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.
