Job summary

Target Enterprise Services at the HQ location is seeking a Bindery Specialist to participate in finishing and kitting of printed marketing, promotional, and training materials. You will be trained to operate shrink wrapping, paper drilling, padding and other small finishing equipment while leading kitting and assembly projects with peers and contractors.

The role involves assisting large equipment operators to produce quality finished products used throughout the enterprise, including in stores

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Able to read and follow job instructions.

Responsibilities

• Finish and kit printed materials, including training and marketing pieces.
• Lead kitting and assembly projects with peers and contractors.
• Assist large equipment operators in producing quality finished products.
• Operate small finishing equipment such as shrink wrapping, paper drilling and padding.

The pay range per hour is $17.98 - $30.48

As a Bindery Specialist, you’ll work in a high quality team environment and participate in the finishing and kitting of printed marketing, promotional and training materials. You will be trained to operate shrink wrapping, paper drilling, padding and other small finishing equipment as well as lead kitting and assembly projects with peers and contractors. You will also assist large equipment operators in producing quality finished products. The materials you will help produce are used throughout the enterprise including in stores, in the recruiting of new talent to work inTarget stores, as well as being shipped directly to our guests. • Able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time
