Job summary

Target in Brooklyn Park, MN is hiring a Forklift Operator for our warehouse near Target HQ. You will safely operate PIT equipment, stage product, and prepare shipments as part of a fast-paced distribution center.

The role requires the ability to lift 50+ pounds, work 12-hour shifts, and maintain accurate records in warehouse software and Excel. On-site work with benefits and team-oriented environment.

The pay range per hour is $17.98 - $30.48

As a Forklift Operator, you will…

• Safely operate stand up reach truck, riding pallet jack, and other PIT equipment while moving product safely throughout our facility
• Staging product, ensuring production lines remain operating without delays.
• Preparing finished work for shipment, including banding, and wrapping skids.
• Loading/unloading incoming and outgoing trailers.
• Logging receipts in warehouse software and Microsoft Excel.
• Assisting in maintaining forklift lifts, and powered pallet jack equipment, as necessary.
