Lead Press Operator – Connecticut

A well-established packaging company in Connecticut is searching for an experienced Lead Press Operator to join its production team. This organization serves a diverse customer base and is recognized for its expertise across multiple industries, including health & beauty, publishing, and automotive.

Position Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain a Heidelberg 6-Color 102 press
• Ensure quality standards and production goals are consistently met
• Troubleshoot press-related issues and make necessary adjustments
• Lead by example in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Schedule

• 4-Day Work Week
• Monday – Thursday
• 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
