Reports To: Reconstruction Manager

Reconstruction Project Managers work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as fires or floods to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. You will manage renovations, control budgets, and communicate effectively. Much of your time will be spent in the field to ensure proper project completion.

Construction project management experience is welcomed but not required; willingness to learn new processes is essential. We will invest in training if you meet all qualifications.

Role on the Team (Job Functions):
  • Meet operational objectives related to sales, gross margin, and brand experience
  • Track metrics during weekly production meetings
  • Confirm budgets and work orders before project start
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Participate in local community events
  • Build relationships with key customers (both direct and B2B)
  • Seek partnerships with vendors and tradesmen to improve performance
