Reports To: Reconstruction Manager
Reconstruction Project Managers work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as fires or floods to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. You will manage renovations, control budgets, and communicate effectively. Much of your time will be spent in the field to ensure proper project completion.
Construction project management experience is welcomed but not required; willingness to learn new processes is essential. We will invest in training if you meet all qualifications.
The environment involves indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently requires PPE use, standing, walking, bending, squatting, stair climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
