Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. You will manage servicing for large group accounts (50+ lives), oversee onboarding, and coordinate annual renewal workflows.

Travel for open enrollment may be required, with a focus on high service levels and client satisfaction. This role requires a Life & Health license, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Employee Navigator and Agency Block.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Experience with Employee Navigator and Agency Block is desirable.
• Bilingual capabilities and excellent communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the servicing of a book of business, including large group accounts (50+ employees).
• Oversee the initial onboarding process for new accounts.
• Handle annual renewal workflows and ensure timely execution.
• Address and resolve day-to-day servicing needs for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless account management.
• Travel as needed for open enrollment periods.
