GES - Global Experience Specialists is seeking a Large Format Print Production Professional for our sign department. You will handle printing, finishing and shipping for Tradeshow and Exhibit projects, including laminating, mounting, trimming, and packaging for multiple locations.

The role requires experience with large format imaging, reading job tickets, and ensuring color accuracy across productions. A team player with strong organization will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and 3–5+ years in large format digital printing.
• Experience with pre-production file prep and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in color management and RIP software.
• Ability to read job tickets, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute print/production and package signage, from simple to complex.
• Read job tickets and follow fabrication instructions precisely.
• Maintain machine efficiency and on-time order completion.
• Operate large/grand format printers and manage logs and maintenance.
• Prepare final products for shipping to multiple locations.
• Provide quality control at designated production steps.
