Job summary

Four Hands, headquartered in Austin, Texas, is hiring a Printing Associate to support our art studio operations. You will operate roll-to-roll and flatbed printers, dye sublimation presses, and cutting equipment, ensuring high-quality prints that meet exacting standards.

You will read job tickets, manage workloads across printers, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Shift is Mon-Fri, 7:00AM–3:30PM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital printing experience.
• 1 year of experience with both roll-to-roll and flatbed printers.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-to-roll and flatbed printers, dye sublimation presses, and cutting equipment with precision and care.
• Read, analyze, and execute detailed job tickets to ensure accurate and timely production.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with printers, media, and file setups.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in a warehouse setting.
