Job summary

Four Hands in Austin, TX is hiring a Printing Associate to support our art studio operations. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot large format printers to produce high-quality prints that meet exacting standards.

The role requires 2+ years of digital printing experience and at least 1 year handling both roll-to-roll and flatbed printers. This is a Monday–Friday day shift with opportunities for overtime in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital printing experience required.
• 1 year of experience with both roll-to-roll and flatbed printers.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-to-roll and flatbed printers, dye sublimation presses, and cutting equipment with precision and care.
• Manage and distribute workload across multiple printers in alignment with the production schedule.
• Read, analyze, and execute detailed job tickets to ensure accurate and timely production.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with printers, media, and file setups.
• Handle finished prints, transferring them to designated staging areas for further processing.
• Focus on, understand, and repeat processes related to working with large format digital presses.
• Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring every piece meets Four Hands’ high expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that supports a safe and efficient work environment.
• Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications.
