Job summary

Digital Room, LLC is hiring a Production Associate for our Wixom, MI facility. This on-site, full-time hourly role supports large format print production across multiple stations. No prior experience is required and comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

You will prepare, inspect, and package finished products, ensuring quality and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment. Growth opportunities and competitive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• On-the-job training provided; no experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and multiple software platforms.
• Ability to use small hand tools and read a tape measure.
• Basic math understanding; able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boxes and materials for packing finished print orders.
• Inspect finished product for quality, color, alignment against order.
• Count and verify finished pieces against the order for accuracy.
• Seal, label, and stage completed orders for shipping.
• Operate equipment safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Cross-train and rotate through stations to support production flow.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize orders and meet deadlines.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
