Job summary

Digital Room, LLC is seeking a Production Associate at our Wixom, MI location. On-site, full-time hourly with 1st–3rd shifts available. Rate of pay starts at $16.00/hr, with an additional $2.00/hr premium on the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
• Ability to use small hand tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong leadership ability and initiative.
• Strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boxes and materials for packing finished print orders.
• Inspect finished products for quality; check defects, color and alignment.
• Count and verify finished pieces against the order.
• Seal, label, and stage completed orders for shipping.
• Operate equipment safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Cross-train and rotate through stations to build versatility.
• Manage time to meet production and shipping deadlines.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
