Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, and rotate products across our NC territory. You will manage cooler stock, execute promotions, and maintain backroom organization while building strong customer relationships and ensuring timely product delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform heavy physical tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic math ability for calculations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises coolers, displays, racks, shelves and backroom stock according to PBV standards.
• Sells and executes promotions and creates/uses point-of-sale signage.
• Develops strong customer relations and serves customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or processes invoices.
• Maintains clean equipment and backroom storage and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
