Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in our distribution network. You will manage cooler stocking and backroom organization, while ensuring accurate orders for the next delivery and maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform substantial physical labor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, displays, racks, and coolers according to PBV standards.
• Sell and execute promotions and set up point-of-sale signage.
• Develop good customer relations and service customers as scheduled.
• Order product and/or process invoices; rotate stock and maintain backroom organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of backroom and sales floor areas.
