Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures seeks a Merchandiser to stock coolers and displays, rotate products, and carry out promotions across our Carolina region. You will liaison with store personnel, ensure backroom organization, and manage in-store signage to drive product visibility and sales.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to perform physical work are required. We value reliability, teamwork, and customer focus as we expand our beverage portfolio with PepsiCo products and our own lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Must be flexible with hours to complete tasks.
• Must be a team player with strong follow-up skills.
• Customer-oriented and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
