Job summary

AlphaGraphics Bloomington & Apple Valley is seeking a Full-Time Digital Print Production Operator to help us turn files into finished print daily. This hands-on role rewards accuracy, efficiency, and a willingness to learn across digital and large-format output.

You’ll set up cut-sheet printers, calibrate to Pantone specs, and maintain equipment while working across two locations. Training and career development are offered to grow your skills in print, signs, and installation.

Qualifications

• Experience or background in print or a production environment.
• Sharp eye for detail and color precision.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and lift/move production materials.
• Experience with Fiery Command Workstation or graphic design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run cut-sheet digital printers for color and black-and-white jobs.
• Proof every job against work orders and calibrate printers to Pantone specs.
• Produce large-format graphics — banners, signs, decals, vehicle graphics, and wall murals.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and log jobs in the production system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at both locations.
