AlphaGraphics Bloomington is seeking a part-time Digital Print Production Operator to join our hands-on team. You’ll set up cut-sheet printers, proof work, and calibrate colors to client Pantone specs while producing large-format outputs. There is potential to grow into a full-time role and to work at our Apple Valley location as needed.

The role emphasizes detail, collaboration, and a path to career development in print production.

Qualifications

• Experience or background in print or production preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and color.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs under deadlines.
• Reliable, team-first attitude.
• Willing to work at both Bloomington and Apple Valley locations.
• Basic computer comfort; learn Fiery Command Workstation on the job.
• Able to stand, lift, and move materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run cut-sheet digital printers to produce color and black-and-white jobs.
• Proof every job against the work order before it runs and quality-check as you go.
• Calibrate printers and match colors to Pantone specs and previous jobs.
• Help produce large-format work like banners and vehicle graphics; learn installation later.
• Maintain equipment health with routine maintenance and logs.
• Track job status, materials, and inventory in the production system.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and safe.
