AlphaGraphics Bloomington is seeking a Digital Print Production Operator to join our hands-on team. You’ll set up and run cut-sheet digital printers, proof against work orders, calibrate colors to Pantone specs, and help with large-format work like banners and vehicle graphics.

Qualifications

• Experience or a background in print or production is a real benefit.
• Strong eye for detail and color accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs under deadline.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run cut-sheet digital printers to produce color and B/W jobs.
• Proof each job against work orders and quality-check to reduce waste.
• Calibrate printers and match Pantone colors across runs.
• Assist with large-format work: banners, signs, vehicle graphics.
• Maintain and clean equipment; log maintenance and coordinate with service techs.
• Track job status and materials in production system.
• Keep workspace clean, organized and safe.
