Job summary

AlphaGraphics Bloomington & Apple Valley is seeking a full-time Digital Print Production Operator to support both locations. You will set up and run cut-sheet digital printers, proof against orders, and help produce banners, vehicle graphics, and wall decor.

You’ll learn installation and participate in routine maintenance while ensuring high-quality output. Based in Minnesota, you’ll join a tight-knit team with opportunities for growth through hands-on training across digital, large-format, and

Qualifications

• Experience or background in print or production.
• Detail oriented with color precision.
• Willing to work across two locations (Bloomington & Apple Valley).

Responsibilities

• Set up and run cut-sheet digital printers for color and B&W jobs accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Proof every job against work orders, calibrating printers to match Pantone specs and checking quality throughout the run.
• Produce large-format graphics — banners, signs, decals, vehicle graphics, and wall murals — with the opportunity to learn installation.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, manage inventory, and log jobs in our production system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at both locations.
